yesterday was an off day. I drank beer and eat pizza and pigged out for lunch. the results are evident in my weight in today. I am gonna do lots of exercise this whole weekend.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
