OK so I didn't put as much weight on as i thought which is strange seems im also due on my period only went back to my starting weight. well anyway today is a fresh new start, weight 103.7kg = 16st 4lb oppsy got a way to go yet. but ive already done my zumba for the day as part of the zumba challenge ive also done my home exercise so good start. almost dinner time now so I better go and get it prepared. cant weight for next weeks weight in.
228.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
