Gained a bit, but at weigh-in at clinic, with same clothes as last week on I was 211.0, a net loss of a pound since the week before.
I am seeing a pattern, a drop..then a gain, then a drop...but each fluctuation the day op is a little lower and the gain isn't as high...net effect? downward
