. and water weight. I like looking in the mirror now. I have lines where my hip bones are and I can see the faint outline of my ribs and I have this awesome vertical line inbetween my ribs now. A little bloated today, but happy. And I've managed to keep my butt! (That's a good thing)
142.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
