This was not the greatest week, as I actually gained a little weight. I think I am snacking too late, and being too liberal on the dessert end lately. Still, it is one week. Picking myself up and dusting myself off....
149.2 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
