Okay, we sort of fell off the wagon over the summer so now I am being stricter with my foods. We kind of are doing a Phase 1/Phase 2 type thing now and I've lost a few more pounds. My new goal is 140 I think. I would really be happy with that and feel fit.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

It happens, at least you are back and ready to get rockin again!

Those first few pounds are enough to get you jump started. Keep going before it starts to get really cold, winter months are much more difficult to deal with. Good job, keep going!
