Attended a 4 day seminar. Kept weight in a similar range. Did not record my intake. Still, I'm happy with the results.
191.7 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 51.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

J - the fact you stayed true to your expectations of yourself during a four day seminar is excellent. There's always snack foods at events like that and the temptation to take in empty calories of sugar and fat are great. So give yourself a pat on the back.
