Now this feels good. Hitting the lowest mark I've been at in 2 years.
Recipe for success this week: - being too busy to snack - being too lazy to shop for non-essential food - dropping everything and having a decent meal when really hungry - actually cooking for myself - lots of water and green tea
Barely a quarter inch in volume down though. Still feels great when the pants that used to barely fit a month ago have now some room to spare.
