oh my goodness no matter what I do, I can't loose weight. I just keep gaining and gaining.....so bummed out
142.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Hang in there,I've been there .I tweaked my eating by eating mainly fruits, apples strawberries and pears . Or I will have majority of veges, squash green beans,spinach and low fat cottage cheese. I'll do this for 3 days ,then I go back toy regular low carb.eating. I've lost 1 lb.in the last couple of days. Will weigh in later part of the week. My pants seem looser,fingers crossed! I have 10 more pounds to lose until my goal weight is reached.

I so feel your pain, Lynnmead... been having issues with losing too. Just don't give up! Like Irenemairey said, maybe you need to tweak your diet some.

Been there. It is discouraging. Like the others said. Just tweek your diet. Are you writing down every bite that goes into your mouth? I found I was eating more than I thought I was.
