1303 kcal Fat: 23.71g | Prot: 116.70g | Carb: 171.70g.   Breakfast: Swiss Cheese (Low Fat, Pasteurized), Sourdough English Muffins, ocean spray cran grape, egg beater. Lunch: Light Fat Free Very Cherry Yogurt, light clam chowder, shrimp, del monte no sugar peaches. Dinner: tilapia, green beans, hearts of romain, baco bits, kraft fat free french. Snacks/Other: Special K Protein Meal Bar, peppers. more...
