I was reviewing all my supplements today. I take a lot of highly digestible gummy vitamins. They added up to 120 calories I was not counting. I'm going to be alternating days now with how I intake them.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Same thing with cough drops, they have a lot of sugar, they sell sugar free which I use, otherwise you're taking in a lot of sugar you don't need, sorry Mary Poppin's

Yikes! That's pretty crazy. All these hidden calories. I heard that donuts, that they say has zero food value, has calories. Somebody's mistaken. :D

today i took hair skin and nails vitamins and the recommended dosage was 3 dummies at 25 calories each. i was like unoh!
