well, i have been off of my plan for about a month or more, i have gained 1 pound, haven't kept track of my calories, haven't been logging my food.. i don't know what happened? i was doing so good and was so faithful, seemed like once i went off the path, i cant get back on.. i have been sticking to the low carbs but i have to get my act together..... so, here i am again........
320.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 160.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It can be done. I've fallen off the wagon so many times and got back on. Glad you made the decision to come back. It was tough for me to weigh in this morning after a month of not eating on plan. I had a 4 lb gain. 1 Lb. for you. sigh.
