still been sticking to eatting better and what kinds of foods to eat with what else so i dont have glucose spikes. did not work out today b-c walked up hill on treadmill yest and then was on feet for 8 hours at work. feet were soooooooo sore. taking a chill day, then working another 8 hours on feet this afternoon/evening.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
