I had an awesome day yesterday - so many fun things happened. Garden, music, friends, dinner on the town. Food choised weren't bad, but there was not enough water and WAY too much salt. I did not gain fat weight, but I did gain tons of water - and ended at 92.9 - and I didn't even reach my normal calorie count. I guess I will do spike day today instead of yesterday.
I just wanted to do a quick weigh-in, and announce my 2nd attempt on doing my spike day, then I'm off to do stuff.
I might do a much more elaborate journal later today.
Life is good!
204.8 lb Lost so far: 136.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Glad you had a good day.... I did wonder how you would get a " healthy " meal in at a pizza house - without eating pizza.... The ones have had experience with, do pizza and not much else - ok they do have a salad bar - but that it to supplement the pizza. Amazing the amount of salt and crap that is in that type of food .... Makes you wonder why our health isn't even worse than it is.... Have a good day
