Still making progress. Been fairly consistent with my food the last couple of weeks, even got down to 169 for a couple of days this week. Have been working out with Anda and increasing my work out times. Am warming up with a mile jog on the treadmill that's around 10 minutes 30 sec. Am so close to my goal and feel that I'll reach goal by next month.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
