i just weighed myself, i lost 1 pound, which is ok. the best part is that i lost 2 more inches off my waist! in total of 15inches off my whole body since ive started working out 2 wks ago. im so on it!
272.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

way to go! I know it is frustrating to not see the lbs fall off, but the inches prove that you are probably toning. I know I know, it doesn't make the scale friendlier, but at least you are seeing results. Keep up the good work.
