so I'm 254 but I haven't worked out since last week. I don't feel like I fell off, but I am concerned I will soon if I don't stay consistent. I have been looking at my old pics when I weighed 225, I looked comfortable in the picture. Im going to stay positive...if I want to reach my goal I have to stay focused, no excuses. It's time for me to go to bed I gotta wake up in the morning to work out..btw I'm doing P90x and I love it! I just need to stop being so lazy.
P.S my friends and family noticed my weight loss and it feels great!
