weighed myself in the morning as usual but after a big breakfast. talked to a certified personal trainer and was told what to eat when so my glucose levels dont spike. very smart guy!!! also got a pt job at a gym so i get a feww membership. loving the new enviroment
203.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
