At my doctor's appointment today they told me I was 147....which is weird because all last week I've been 149/150 depending of the day. And I had just eaten lunch before I went to my appointment. Weird. I don't know what to do. Maybe I should just buy a new scale and not use scales at the Y or anywhere else to judge my weight...My scale broke like 3/4 weeks ago. I got in a car accident when I was moving from GA to FL and my scale was in the trunk of my car with a bunch of other things and since then it hasn't worked right. ): Sad. I hate not being able to use my scale in the morning. Somedays I like not having a scale but I don't trust other people's scales. Just my own. Oh numbers...why don't you ever stay the same?
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Scales are calibrated differently, so you are not going to weigh the same weight. Most doctors scales show gains, so you are really lucky, lol! Just go by your own scale.
