Its been a bad few days.. Up 5 lbs. I've let pain control my eating.. I know it's happening but pain meds don't help & food is a comfort. Although I know it is defeating all my efforts a small comfort seems better than no comfort. Going to try to really stay on eating plan today & then work 1 day at a time.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
