I know this takes time, but its pretty hard when ive been really upping the exercise and eating so well for 7 days and i put on 0.5kg when my goal was to lose 0.4kg. In a week that shpuld have been achieveable. Makes all that hardwork and discipline feel like a waste. Super frustrating on the scale, but I feel better and can tell things have changed on my tummy already. This week I focused on less snacking, smaller portion sizes and running. This week will be that again, with a big focus on SMALL dinners.
