I worked out 5 of 7 days this past week. I also did 2 hours of yard work on Saturday, plus washed 2 cars. Overall, I had a great week eating but over did it on this Sunday with a potluck Sunday dinner with friends. Still drop 1 pound though.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
