95.5kg start 7.8.15 today 15.9.15 87.15kg = 8.4kg loss in 39days 😃I'm so very happy with that and now that it's officially Spring time in Oz and the sun is shining brilliantly here on the Mid North Coast I can go to the beach & read whilst browning up ~ I love to be brown for summer ~ I figure brown fat is s whole lot prettier than white fat and I also love the peaceful feeling those beautiful sunrays bring to my brain ~ no need to pig out when I'm feeling serene ☀️😀☀️off to the pool for a work out after my beach time 🏊🏽👣🍉🌴💃🏻
192.0 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Love the weight results Jilly, but alarm bells going off about "browning up"! Please Please Please be just as diligent about the sunscreen and hats for the outside as you have been about the diet for the inside - nothing prettier about melanomas!!

Thanks for that Kathy ~ I don't know if you're in the U.S. or Aus. but here in Aus. there's a sun awareness program called Slip, Slop, Slap ........ Slip on a shirt, Slop on sunscreen, Slap on a hat ........ I must admit that my slipping is off with the shirt but I slop pretty well and pretty frequently and I go in the sun in day light savings hours of course between 8am & 9.30am or if I have a full day of other activities I try to be at the beach between 4.30 & 6.30pm ~ so both time slots are out of the strong sun light of the day and I have my skin checked regularly ...... I am such a sun lover from way way back; it keeps me sane so I just pray that I can continue to avoid the melanomas by managing my time in the sun the way I do ~ thanks so much for caring Kathy & thanks so much for your encouragement with my weight loss. 😃 Caio for now 🌹

I am in Sydney - glad to hear you have got the sun safe message - so many Aussies haven't (or don't want to)
