An entire week of near-perfect eating and.... no result. :(
209.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, I'm very frustrated to see NO results. I don't mind losing only a pound a week, but... C'mon, Scale, at least let me have my one pound!

This happens to me all of the time. So I think of it this way, if I wouldn't have eaten the righ way how much could I have gained. Sometimes even is a win, although frustrating.

It happens, some people plateau. Change something up one day and see if it helps. You can do this!

I can feel for you. It's bit frustrating. But you need to believe in yourself.

Hang in there and keep up the good eating habits. I agree with Rose to change it up some, confuse the body a bit. It's just temporary.

It happens; do not lose sight your goal! Your body is adjusting itself; try a little more exercise or vary your daily intake a bit to get the metabolism revving again.
