Wow- 24 days...16lbs and 10.5 inches...I knew I had dropped some weight...to see the difference in inches was awesome. I just put a flyer together to celebrate my success. To know something should work...and then to see and feel it work really gets me pumped up! I want to take another 10lbs off by Christmas. I can feel the momentum!
