Very frustrated this week. Cut calories down to 1000-1500, exercised 3 days and drank water this week and still no loss.I have been stuck at this weight for months! I don't know what to do at this point.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
