Back in the 220's, like it, but not bragging. I'm going to a family reunion next Saturday, & everybody talking about the good food that's going to be served. I'm going, but know if I eat over a 1/2 lb of food, I'll gain 5.I'll get some on my plate & hope I can get rid of it when no one's looking. They know I'm trying to lose wt, but all will say "Eating what's good one day won't hurt you". Wish me luck as I do all of you.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good luck. Same here. I know they mean well, but don't realize how it sabotage my efforts, and how hard it is to hear that for my willpower. Hang in there!
