This makes it seven pounds total that I've lost since the beginning of July! I cut my calories down to 1400 per day and have been exercising 4-5 days a week. By making those changes, I have been steadily dropping a pound a week. I am going to stick with it and hope that it keeps on working for me!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
