I fell into a sad state, after being laid off and later evicted from my apartment. I put on all the weight that I fought to take off. And the worst part of it all is that even now, after seeing the number on the scale increase, and trying on clothes that I just brought and them not fitting I still shove candy bars in my mouth as so sort of comfort. Help how do I get back to wanting to do this for myself again?
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thank you. I am mentally preparing myself again to work on my healthy life style that I once had if that make any sense.

My trick is that when i go grocery shopping(typically once a week) I get myself 1 endangered species dark chocolate bar. If I'm having a good day or i just need something to take the edge off i have one square from it. Once it's gone its gone.

also, everytime you feel the urge for a candy bar try drinking a glass of water, it's been helping me.
