Got up this morning and weighed in, and was very happy with my result. I'm glad I didn't force myself to eat when I wasn't that hungry last night. But at least I put something little in the mouth for dinner just to keep me on track.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Had another late lunch today at 3:21 pm. I don't know if the late lunch will affect my progress, especially it's close to dinner time. So I will see how it goes tomorrow.
