Definitely wasn't very active this week with a very sore back from lifting. More or less took the week off, and it feels much better now. I ate a lot more again, just like the previous week, and I lost two more pounds. Tuesday will be the official start of my lifting program, as I am still in a loading phase with creatine. I'm thinking I'm going to have to eat a LOT of food with the way this is going right now haha...this is a good problem for me to have.
