It's night time on Saturday now. Today was my "Pig Day Out". The food I ate today is outside my weight loss goals. It was fair to give my body a nice treat once a week. Otherwise, I will just go on without it. I didn't feel hungry all day, but I forced myself, which I shouldn't. But it's my "Celebration" (Treat) day. Tomorrow, back to the battlefield.
