I've been trying some new classes at the gym and continuing my treadmill use. Finishing the second week of pilates today. I find it painful to lay on the floor, too much pressure on my "bones" but they say it will get better. I am only able to do a very minimal amount in class but will keep on trying. Tried a class called "Barre". Got a kick out of the instructor describing us as ballerinas. Very challenging but was able to do more in this class as it is almost totally standing. Also tried a water aerobics class. Liked it a lot! Still want to try a beginner yoga class and a couple others. My problem is some of the classes are later, as in after 5pm. I get up at 5 and the day begins. I don't work outside of the home but seems like I am always busy. I watch the grandsons after school and by the time they are picked up I'm ready to relax!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 88.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

I see they have Barre at my group fitness Facility,, I may try that sometime :-),, your doing awesome .
