So I weighed myself and I seemed to have gained another two pounds. I been working out during the day at home before work and then I been going walking over 2 miles after work. I have become extremely hungry and trying to maintain eating well except last night too tired to cook I ordered out.

So does this mean I am gaining muscle? Do I have to gain muscle in order to lose weight? Clothes are loser, I no longer wear size 2x shirts, I am now a size 1x. Also my pants are hanging off me. I don't see it looking in a mirror but my clothes say something else.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
