Not doing too bad, but haven't moved much really. I need to get into a workout routine. Once I get going, I know I'll be able to continue. The Moment of Inertia is a bit high on this one for me for some reason. :)

213.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey a journal entry, I thought I saw a pig go soaring over my cubicle! Also, just keep trying different routines till you find one you feel you can stick with.
