Lost only .2 this weekend. Has been a rough week. The school year has started so I am back at work and am trying to get used to my new schedule and trying to fit in all of my foods. Because I have only 10 pounds to go they have switched my meal plan. I now have 2 1/2 proteins (down from 3), 3 vegetables (down from 4) and 2 fruits (down from 3). Everything else stayed the same. I did lose 11 1/2 inches total so I guess I should be happy about that. The number on the scale plays tricks with my mind. I suppose I need to get over that!!!!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
