Not too bad. It's my day off and I'm trying to decide what I want to do, can't seem to get motivated. Could go grocery shopping, mow grass, watch a movie while exercising, or clean house. So many choices, but none really seem to intrigue me. hmmmmm Since the scale went up, I should go workout then clean up and hit the grocery, okay I've just talked myself into it. Thanks for making me think of that. have a good day, and lets see if we can't change the chart to be more positive by our positive thinking. We are what we eat they say. So I guess I'll make a healthy grocery list out. Some times I feel like a rabbit on this diet, but that's okay I guess, it's better than gaining, and we know how that feels.
