Dopo un brutto incidente in bici, non avevo tanta voglia di mangiare. Periodo un po' depresso ma per fortuna per ora sembro contenere l'approccio al cibo come consolazione.
132.7 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
