Never been able to keep up with a diet, I always lost or gained kg due to stress/falling in love/new canteen... I would like to gain better control on my weight, so it doesn't oscillate. I would like to reach the goal of an around 19 BMI, aka 54/55kg, which is the weight in which I believe I look my best. I am active but not extremely active, I would like to incorporate some more exercise routine in my day.
