Fabulous day at the pool ... I am enjoying coming home after my 90 min session in the pool, having a cool shower & then knuckle rubbing my lower back with the fantastic new Arthritis gel rub is bliss.
The 4kg I have lost, the lack of ballooning through not binging, the exercising every day, the new flexibility is wonderful 😃
201.1 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
