I am so sore.... this is my second day working out....clearly some of the weight gain may have been water weight...but I expect some fluctuation over the next few weeks as my body readjusts.
Treadmill - 30 minutes at 3.0 - 3.5 speed Weights - lower leg 20 lbs 10 push ups 50 crunches 10 minutes of various lower leg exercises.

Still to go: 2.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
