I ruined my diet. Have to restart again and have 10 days before going home to lose a looooot of weight. I bought size 14 jeans. felt shitty. my strategy now is to do an Atkins based diet. based. since today I'm going to use some of the fruits I have at home too. here's hoping for a miracle!
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
