well it seems we my first weigh in this week was a little off. today seems better. guess it was a heavy day after poor eating this weekend.

couple days on track and back to pre week end weight so I got to keep it up through the week end this time. So I can loose weight instead of losing the weekend weight!
262.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 82.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
