Travel means exercise for me, so thankfully last weeks trip to Hartford helped me take off 5 lbs.
294.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 129.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2073 kcal Fat: 86.82g | Prot: 82.78g | Carb: 229.38g.   Breakfast: Evolution Fresh Inc. Strawberry nonfat Greek Yogurt w/Strawberries & Granola, Starbucks Coconut Milk Iced White Chocolate Mocha (grande). Lunch: Kirkland Signature Bottled Water, Lay's Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips (1.5 oz), Potbelly Lentil, Kale & Turkey Sausage Soup. Dinner: Uno Chicago Grill Caesar Side Salad, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Disaronno Amaretto, The Original Brat Hans Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage, Thin Crust Cheese Pizza. Snacks/Other: Water, Wrigley Orbit Sugar Free Chewing Gum - Wintermint. more...

Now that's something I don't read everyday. Great job!! Most people gain while traveling so I'm impressed you were focused anyways! :)
