wow calorie cycling, wieght lifting, run 8 k a few times a week, some cheater days but generally, no sweets, no treats, no snacks after 9, no ceral. Oatmeal, fruit and yogurt breakfast good times
211.7 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
