I can definitely relate to what you are saying. The key to weight loss sustainability is lifestyle changes and not quick fixes. It's been a hard thing for me to think about too but you hit the nail on the head with your last sentence..."all I can do is keep trying". Keep that mentality and you'll go far! :)
