I expected to see the scale tip towards 225 this morning, as I have been eating like it is my job. Seeing 218 after near a week of eating like I have makes me really see the scope of how much I'm going to need to eat to pack some muscle on. Next week I will get back into the dining hall for at least 4 meals a week, so I'm sure that will help along with the lovely shake concoction I will be making every morning from the book I'm still reading:

Ice
Milk (whole) x 16oz
Whey Protein x 1scoop
Almond Butter x 3tbsp (best thing ever if you haven't tried it)
Banana x1

Bring on the bulk!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
