took a free day yesterday, ate too much..but felt bad, so just reminded me that I need to continue healthy eating. Body rejected bad foods - had two pieces of pizza and breadsticks and felt horrible...it had been so long since that many carbs...beer did not help either but went to iowa state game tailgated.
Did not add weight like I thought i would:)
