Following a 1200 calorie plan, with plenty of protein, lots of veggies and fruits, good carbs.
Have only had wine a couple of times. Pretty good. Not hungry at all.
Way to go me!
110.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
