Day 2 of 2nd 6 weeks. keto small, 144.6, bf 38.3 (big drop finally), tbw 42.7, visc f 8/0, musc mass 84.6/2, bone mass 4.6, 2031/50. Elipticle 45 min level 4.

Breakfast omlette, coffee w half and half, lunch salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing and diet coke, dinner almonds and low carb chocolate coated vanilla ice cream bar.

Going to have a tough time getting my weight training in this week as I'm not at work many days. One difference this time around is that I am not trying to be perfect--my desire is there but life does get in the way at times. I just jump back in when I can. The interesting dilemma I face is when to 'cheat'. I would like to do that in a controlled environment--in other words-my choice vs going off because I have lost control. My current plan is to plan to go off (eating increased carbs but under my calorie need) if I reach my goal weight before my six week time allotment.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Joanne--I go out all the time and am not forced to go off Atkins. The hardest part is not being able (generally) to drink wine with my husband or friends. I eat either a steak or chops, etc and a salad with lots of blue cheese dressing. Or, a cobb salad or chicken ceasar salad, etc. There's almost always something like that on the menu. True, we need to stay away from chinese restaurants and pizza joints but other than that--Atkins is awesome to eat out on. As for the wine, I needed to go through induction and sometime more not having any. The only reason I am considered to be in the OWL phase is that I occasionally have wine (which is allowed)-otherwise, I pretty much follow induction. I try not to talk a lot about being on Atkins (even though my husband of course knows it and is supportive.) That way, I don't feel like I am interfering with any of his enjoyment. Once I start eating, I truly enjoy what I get to have. The fact that I can't have bread or alcohol fades into the background. Also, I have found that iced tea is awesome for a substitute. Mine is filled up every time our friends' beers are refilled. I find I don't mind at all. Good luck!!!
